1. Application and approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or create a public listing. The venue must provide accurate authorized information, complete verification, and keep its business, branch, contact, and payment details current.
2. Venue control and published rules
Approved venues may configure eligible benefits, items, visit limits, days, hours, food or bill minimums, exclusions, blackout dates, and temporary pauses within platform rules. Published terms must be clear, current, lawful, and consistently applied.
3. Honouring valid redemptions
Venue staff must check the live BOGO verification flow and honour valid redemptions under the active published configuration. A venue should not substitute undisclosed restrictions after a member has relied on the listing. Genuine operational or safety issues should be documented and reported.
4. Staff and account security
The venue must assign accounts only to authorized staff, train them on validation, remove access promptly when roles change, and protect passwords, devices, QR workflows, and member information. Shared credentials are not permitted.
5. Records and reporting
Redemption status, eligible items, bill amounts, and supporting records must be entered accurately. Fabricated, duplicated, altered, or intentionally incomplete records may lead to investigation, repayment, suspension, or termination.
6. Legal and responsible service
The venue remains responsible for licences, consumer disclosures, taxes, food safety, age checks, responsible alcohol service, refusal of service, accessibility, employment duties, and all other laws governing its operations. BOGO never overrides a lawful staff safety decision.
7. Venue content and marketing
The venue confirms it may supply its name, marks, menus, descriptions, and images. It grants BOGO a non-exclusive licence to format and display approved content for listings, discovery, platform promotion, and partnership materials while participation remains active.
8. Member data and privacy
Member identity, photograph, redemption, and contact data may be accessed only when necessary for authorized BOGO operations. It must not be copied, exported, marketed to, or retained for unrelated purposes, and suspected loss or misuse must be reported promptly.
9. Commercial arrangements and termination
Any fees, launch arrangements, or special commercial terms must be documented separately. Either party may request termination under the agreed notice process. Immediate restriction may occur for safety, fraud, data misuse, unlawful conduct, or repeated failure to honour valid benefits.
10. Support, complaints, and changes
Venues should cooperate in good faith with member complaints and platform reviews. Material platform or partner-term changes will be communicated with reasonable notice where practicable. Mandatory rights and obligations under Indonesian law remain unaffected.
