BOGO.place

Terms and Conditions

Effective 18 July 2026. These terms govern use of BOGO.place, including its website, applications, accounts, venue discovery, and support services.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using BOGO, you accept these terms and the policies linked from them. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet every applicable age requirement for the services or products you request.

2. Accurate accounts

You must provide current, accurate information, keep login and verification details secure, and promptly correct changes. You are responsible for activity through your account unless you report suspected unauthorized access. One person may not operate duplicate accounts to obtain extra benefits.

3. Platform and venue roles

BOGO provides membership, discovery, verification, and redemption tools. Each venue is an independent business that controls availability, reservations, pricing, products, service, safety, and lawful operations. A listing is not a guarantee that a venue can accept every visit.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse QR codes, share membership credentials, falsify identity or bills, automate access, interfere with security, scrape restricted data, harass users or venue staff, or use BOGO for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

5. Third-party services

Payments, maps, messaging, hosting, and other features may rely on third-party providers with their own terms. BOGO is not responsible for a third party’s independent service, but will use reasonable care when selecting and managing processors.

6. Intellectual property and content

BOGO branding, software, layouts, and original content remain owned by BOGO or its licensors. Users and venues retain ownership of content they submit while granting BOGO a limited licence to host, display, format, and use it to operate and promote the service.

7. Suspension and termination

BOGO may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, repeated rule violations, non-payment, or harm to members, venues, or the platform. Where appropriate, notice and an opportunity to contact support will be provided.

8. Availability and liability

BOGO aims to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every listing is error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, BOGO is not responsible for indirect loss or a venue’s independent acts or omissions.

9. Changes, law, and contact

Terms may be updated for operational, legal, or security reasons. Material changes affecting paid membership will be notified as required. Indonesian law applies unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Questions, complaints, or dispute notices may be submitted through the BOGO contact page.
