1. Subscription and activation
Membership begins only after required identity checks, email and mobile verification, profile photograph acceptance, and successful payment. Approval may be withheld where information cannot be verified or risk controls are triggered.
2. Pricing and renewal
The first eligible month is Rp99,000 and subsequent months are Rp399,000, unless a clearly disclosed replacement plan applies. Membership renews monthly until cancelled. The introductory price is available once per genuine new member and cannot be recreated through duplicate accounts.
3. Venue-controlled benefits
Each venue controls eligible items, complimentary limits, visit frequency, days, hours, food or bill minimums, exclusions, blackout dates, reservation rules, and temporary pauses. Check the current venue page before visiting and tell staff before ordering.
4. Redemption rules
A member must be present, use their own current account and photograph, and complete the venue’s QR validation. Unless a venue states otherwise, the complimentary item is the same item or one of equal or lower value. The platform limit is up to four complimentary drinks, but venues may set a lower limit.
5. Guests and shared tables
Guests are subject to venue capacity and reservation rules. Where several members redeem at one table, each must validate separately, use a separate bill, and satisfy the full minimum purchase assigned to that member’s bill unless the venue expressly permits another arrangement.
6. Charges at the venue
Members pay the venue directly for purchased items, taxes, service charges, and other venue charges. BOGO membership fees do not include food, paid drinks, transportation, reservations, or venue service charges.
7. Cancellation and expiry
Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access normally continues to the end of the current billing period. A cancelled, expired, unpaid, suspended, or refunded membership cannot be used for new redemptions.
8. Refunds and payment errors
Membership payments follow the Refund Policy. Duplicate or incorrect charges should be reported promptly with supporting details. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Misuse and suspension
Sharing an account, altering QR codes, using another person’s photograph, fabricated referrals, false disputes, or manipulated bills may cause cancellation of benefits, account suspension, recovery of losses, and reporting where legally required.
10. Support and changes
Operational questions and redemption disputes may be sent through support. Material changes to price or paid benefits will be communicated in advance where required, with any cancellation rights available under applicable law.
